Microsoft Windows XP (64-bit)

I have two HP printers that are not supported by windows 10. Im able to get one to work with the Dot4 Port but can not figure out how to add the second. Any Ideas?

The steps provided should work for WinXP too.

I came across your post and would like to assist. 

 

I understand that you have 2 HP printers and they do not work on Windows 10. You are able get one printer to work with the Dot4 Port but can not figure out how to add the second printer. 

 

To assist you with accurate information please let me know the exact printer model numbers. This link will help you locate the printer model number: https://hp.care/2y8VEBa

 

Also, let me know if you attempting to connect the printer via USB or wirelessly.

 

This information will help me to assist you further.

The two printers I have are

1.) HP LaserJet 3055

2.) HP Laserjet 1012

Both are connected via USB cable

I can get both to work but only one at a time as it seems they have to use the Dot4 Printer port.
