When I try to print a document and remove the background graphics, there is no background graphics in the advanced setting. . Anyone know how to get to that setting so I can turn it off?

Thank you for sharing the details. Since you are using the HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP 3301cdw, I’d like to clarify how background graphics are handled.
On HP printers, the option to remove or disable background graphics is not controlled directly through the printer’s Advanced Settings. Instead, this setting is managed within the application you are printing from (for example, Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, or your browser). HP’s driver and app do not provide a dedicated “Delete Background Graphics” toggle.
Since HP drivers do not include a “background graphics” control, the adjustment must be made in the software generating the print job. This is expected behavior and not a limitation of your printer model.
