HP Officejet 5470

I am trying to delete old email addresses from the scan to email memory list in my HP Officejet 5470.  It is asking for a Pin #, but I don’t have those, nor do I have access to the old email accounts.  Any suggestions on how I can get rid of the addresses?   Thank you!

Hi,

Click the HP ePrint button or iconand select Settings or the gear icon, then select Remove Web Services and confirm any prompt.

By performing a such HP ePrint and the Scan to Email apps will be disabled.

Upon accessing the Scan to Email app again follow the steps on screen to reconfigure the app with your valid email addresses.
