I have the same issue with a Qualys scan for exactly the same printer.
Usually updating the firmware addresses issues such as these, and the latest firmware has been applied:
- Firmware Datecode: 20161011
However, as you can see from the image below, TLS 1.0 is still being shown.
I hope HP issue an update soon!

Firmware updates do not disable network features. You need to do that on your own or with the assistance of a printer configuration/policy tool like WebJet Admin.
To disable TLS:
1. Navigate to the IP address of the printer in a web browser
2. Sign in with administrator credentials
3. Navigate to the Networking Tab > Security > Settings
4. Search for a Wizard tab or button
At this point you should have the option to disable TLS and any other security options.
