Product: HP LaserJet 5200dtn
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

The display for the operator panel doesn't show anything.  I have replaced the DC controller borrd as well as the low voltage board.  Teh fan does power up.

I think you should do an enjine test before replacing DC controller if it prints then you might have a bad formatter.
