Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all and Happy New Year to you.

 

We have an HP LaserJet Enterprise M506 that is showing no signs of life on the display panel. The printer powers on OK but there is no life from the display.

 

Any tips to try before we order a replacement panel?

Hi CA992643,

 

What colour is the formatter's LED at rear side of the printer?

Green means it is working, any amber or red colour means it is not.

Check the wires from the operation panel to formatter and reseat them.
