Product: LaserJet M102W
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi, I have the printer LaserJet M102W and the cartrdge 17A is low and the drum uint 19A is at 100% if i want to replace the ink can i buy a 19A drum as it is higher yield than the 17A cartridge or do I need both things, I am confused as to if I should buy the 17A or buy 19A

Hi,
You should only get a 17A toner cartridge.
The 19A imaging drum is intended for much higher page yield (approx 12,000 pages), you should only replace it once the printer prompt to replace an imaging drum.
