OfficeJet 8600/8610
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I own an OfficeJet 8600 for home printing and an OfficeJet 8610 + 4630 at the office. Once either of those printers dies, do they have an internal harddrive/memory chip that needs to be erased/destroyed before disposing or donating the printers. I want to make sure none of my customer information is left on the printers for others to see. Please advise.

thanks.

Hello, these machines do not have internal hard drives. The only things they would store are fax, network settings. Other than that, only way to store anything would be using memory cards that you would have to install in the card readers.

Hope this helps....
