Product: HP LaserJet Pro MFP M426dw

Hi,

I am writing for one of my customers using HP laser jet pro mfp m426dw.

They are scanning files with multiple pages resulting in the size being quite big. When they try to scan these files the printer scans 3-5 pages and then they get error that the size is too large. When I am googling about this issue it seems that there are a lot of people has been experiencing this issue and the only thing that is suggested is that you decrease the quality.

Does anyone know a decent solution to increase the size capacity?

Currently they have to redo the scan multiple times until all the pages has been scanned/sent.
