HP Color LaserJet Enterprise MFP M577dn
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm having problems printing documents containing certain fonts. The simply won't print at all. Printing native OS fonts like Arial works fine, but when trying to print e.g. Helvetiva Neue, something snaps.

However, they job doesn't "fail" anywhere—not on my computer, not on the printer. There's no trace of the print job anywhere. It appears in and disappears from the printer queue without leaving any trace behind.

My first guess, of course, would be the print driver. I simply cannot find a driver that's working. I'm currently using the HP Color LaserJet MFP M577 PCL-6 driver.

Any guesses?

Well, that's embarrassing ...

I really thought I had tried those already—apparently not. Both PCL6 and PostScript drivers works.

Many thanks!
