Product: HP Officejet Pro 8620 Series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Can we purchase an 11 x 17 paper tray for the HP Officejet Pro 8620 Series Printer? 

If not, does the standard 8 1/2 x 11 paper tray allow for 11 x 17 printing? 

 

Trying to avoid having to buy a whole new printer. Thanks.

No,

The 8620 printer support up to US Legal size (8.5 x 14), it does not support any larger size as A3 and its paper tray is much smaller and narrower than A3.

For A3 printing you must get another printer, such as the HP Officejet Pro 7720, 7730 or the 7740 models which support such larger paper.
