Does not Print in Portrait

When printing it is done in landscape. There is no instruction on printing in portrait.

Switching from portrait to landscape is an application level print setting. You need to look through the options provided by your printing application and work with that applications manufacturer for support. Once your application sends the right command to the printer the printer will respond accordingly.

The best thing we can do is to suggest reinstalling the printing software or perhaps trying an alternative print driver.
