Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M277dw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

A good colleague of mine has a problem with his printer. At the end of last year, "Barlow" was chosen as the new corporate font. Download font and install. He see all the letters in his Word document, but not a letter on the printout. So he convert the Word document into a PDF, it will be printed out. He installed all the updates for the printer, but the problem persists. It should be possible that he can print out a Word document directly. I would be very happy if someone from the community had a solution to my colleague's problem. Thank you in advance for your support.
