After first getting this error I put in a new maintenance kit, toner cartridge and did a cleaning page multiple times but still received the same error.

Usually on the first print this error will show up. Subsequent pages don't show it but it can vary. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

It looks like a weak heating element in the fuser. Was the replacement OEM or remanufactured?  Also ensure that your firmware is up to date as there were some issues with early revisions of firmware.
