I am trying to print double-sided from tray 1 but it always prints on 2 pages. I selected double-sided printing from the printing properties menu, it works fine on all trays except tray 1. This used to work on tray 1 but it recently stopped working.

Any troubleshooting steps would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi @G3orge_61,

You will have to setup the paper size and paper type for tray-1 from auto and any to A4 and plain for example (or to something else that supports duplex printing from tray-1).

I hope that helps,

Cheers!
