How can I download the driver for this printer Laserjet 1020

(Lost original disc)

I am wanting to attach the printer to a Dell computer running windows 10

Can I download to memory stick?

The Windows 10 driver for the Laserjet 1020 can be downloaded from HP here.  You could download the file and save it to a memory stick to use on your Dell, or just download the file directly to your Dell computer.
