Product: HP laserjet p1102
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i install win10 (64-bit) , when plugin printer and start to define and install it , this message "Driver is unavailable" is shown to me. Win10 can't define this printer

I appreciate your help, thanks for help.

the service wa stopped. So i go to computer management >> services and application >> service >> Hp laser jet >> start service, the printer now is available.
