Product: LaserJet Pro MFP M227fdw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So running a home-based business besides my job at a company near-by and with my hard-earned money I decide to invest in the HP printer. So far, I have tried numerous removals/reinstalls of the printer but the outcome is the same: Useless printer cannot do anything. I have to save what I need on a USB and print it in the company I am working at. This was the last time I bought anything from HP, should have gone for Epson or Canon.

There are multiple drivers available for download and install on HP's support site. Here's the link:

Are you connecting with USB or network?

When you remove/uninstall the printer driver, do you shut down and restart your computer? It helps to clear the memory.
