Product: HP Laserjet P2055
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi at all, I have a problem with my printer (HP Laserjet P2055) when I print with duplex .
For example, when i print by Microsoft Word 365 and I have 5 pages, inside Printing Options, I set duplex and it don't print on both sides. 
Help me !!!

Has it ever worked? If not then likely when installed the driver did not detect that there was a duplex unit. Checked the printer properties for the printer and make sure it shows that the duplexer is an installed option.
