Duplex printing using pre-punched paper - How to reverse/flip the paper to line up holes?

All trays are filled with pre-punched (w/holes) paper.  The main trays used are 4/5 which have a physical portrait orientation.

When printing a pack (10-15 pages) that includes a duplex jobs in between, the paper is flipped and the holes are now positioned on the right instead of the left, on the output tray.  The end-user gets the pack and finds the duplex job and flips it to the correct position to align the holes to be placed in a binder.

Is there a setting in either the printer or driver that will cause the printer to duplex the job twice to correct this issue?

Thanks,

JOVARO

In the driver settings for the "3 hole duplex" job, see if there isn't an option for "reverse portrait" or "reverse landscape" oeientations. If available, that should take care of it. In PCL5, there are commands for this specifically.
