We have a problem with HP Laserjet E82550. When customer turn on device it start to boot and stuck at 6/8 status. We have tried to solve problem with:
1) Recconnecting connectors on formatter and powering on device without LAN connection
2) Formatting HDD and firmware update
3) Replacing HDD
4) Replacing formatter
Do you have any idea how to solve this problem?

Have you tried running diagnostics through the pre-boot menu? This will often pinpoint the failed component before replacing expensive parts. Did you replace parts with new parts or are you swapping between two machines?

I checked the service documentation, suggested steps for this issue are to format the harddrive and reload firmware and if that does not work escalate case. I would suggest that you contact the dealer you bought the unit from if you have a contract on it, or contact HP directly. These units are only supposed to be sold by dealers who can service so that should be your first point of contact.

I have replaced parts with brand new. I have runned diagnostics through the pre-boot menu - eMMC (device is using HDD) and Scan board test failed. Steps are to check out connection between main board and scanner board and I did it. Next step is to contact HP and open technical case. I did it and I will let you know the result.
