Your CM4540 got into a so called sticky solenoid problem.

Not an easy job to fix by oneself lots of works needed to be done.

Thers's a video on YouTube not the same model as CM4540 but the problem is the same.

Important: 25min 40sec white gears position. Remove the brown sponge from the solenoid and glue there a thin plastic piece. CM4540 is very similar. UPDATE!!!: I found an other video about this issue which is much more simple: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kE1YhZXxLp0 I haven't tried it in that ...

We pulled the sticky solenoid, cleaned and slightly bent the tab to create a small gap. Reassembled and now get 59.00.19,20,21,22 and 23 error codes. We rechecked all connections and believe we have them correct. Cannot find what these codes are for. Any help?

59 errors are usually associated with motor errors. Having said that, I checked my Technician manuals for this product and the errors you are listing are not in the manual. This means that they are not common errors and because there are several it suggests a connection problem with the DC controller or a failed DC controller. There are a large number of wires on this board so it is very easy to miss one. I would suggest checking all the wiring again, even if you checked once. Keep in mind that J101 and J102 on the dc controller are empty connectors.

Thanks Repairatrooper,

We have checked those connections several times but will certainly do so again. Any chance there is a picture or even a schematic for that board showing the connectors?
