The issue for us was that the printer was having difficulty printing the pictures in the print job. The fix is to compress the pictures before you print the file.
After you click on the pictures in the word doc, you would click, "Format. " Then the "Compress Pictures" option shows up. This renders the job easier for the printer to read and print.
