Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

Hi. Doesn't print 1 mb pdf even after deleting/recreating printer queue and reseting printer memory. Help!

 

Update: Prints with Acrobat Reader. Didn't print when opened in Preview.

How is the printer connected, USB or Wireless?

 

Updating Mac OS and Adobe may resolve the issue, let's try these steps:

 

1.) Use the steps available here to update Mac OS, try printing.

2.) If the issue persists, try printing the PDF file as an image. You may use the steps available here to print the PDF file as an image.
