Hello @STEVEP2

 You can try this

a.Turn off the power by using the power switch, and then wait at least 30 seconds.

b.Turn on the power and wait for the product to initialize.

2.If you are using a surge protector:

a.Power off the printer.

b.Remove the surge protector.

c.Plug the product directly into the wall socket and turn the product power on.

If you still see the same error on the screen you can call 888 447 0078 ext 336 for US and Canada for a warranty call as mentioned the  DC Controller PCB Assembly  needs to be replaced

Although I am an HP employee, I am speaking for myself and not for HP.

I assume this printer is new and under warranty.  If so you need to contact hp customer care in your region as you have a hardware fault and they will probably replace the printer.  The dc controller in the unit is defective and needs to be replaced.

Thanks. I powered it off and unpluged it from the surge protector. Waited a few minutes and pluged it back in. It hasn't given me problems yet. Before it would give the error after the first print.  You really help a lot!!!

Yes, it is still under warranty. I have only had it for 2 months.

Hello @STEVEP2

Excellent if by any change you see the error again while you are working directly to the wall outlet give us a call back for the warranty options for the unit
