HP M154nw

I have recently purchased a new colour printer HP M154nw. It states that I can print C5 envelopes as well as DL etc.  I have been able to print the DL without issue but how do I print a C5?  It doesnt fit in Tray 1 and their are no instructions for manual feed etc.Very very poor instruction manual provided by HP.

Hi @Bear1965

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Here's a document with steps - HP Color LaserJet Pro M154 Printers - Loading Paper, Envelopes

Let me know how that goes.

Hi Asmita, THis only shows me how to print using the tray. C5 Envelopes as detailed in the documentation that came with the printer are lager than A4 as they are the envelopes for A4. This documentation states that this printer will print C5 envelopes and C5 do not fit in the tray. They must be manually fed somehow but there are no instructions for this.

Try adjusting the paper guides. Refer to page#12, 13 and 14 from the User Guide for instructions.

Hi, have already tried and adjusted as wide as I can. No Good. The documents say the unit can do but dont say how.
