Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8620
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

The printer has been replaced by a newer model 8720. I need to erase the printer's memory. How do I do this?

If you want to reset your old printer then you follow instructions from the lower forum post:
