Product: hp LaserJet Pro MFP 426
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer works beautifully when awake. In sleep mode, a print job sent by wireless network wakes it up, but will not print it, instead I get the error 49. I can clear the print job and print again and it will print (as long as it is awake.) Printing from Macbook Pro El Capitan 10.11.4.

 

Any help appreciated. Thanks.
