We keep getting Error 59.FO stating to turn printer on and off after almost every transaction.  Has anyone encountered this same situation?

Known issue with the 477 series.

The link below contains a special firmware file to fix the problem, plus instructions. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE DOING ANYTHING.

I used the file that you sent.  I believe that the file was corrupted.  It showed Fatal Error 60 when putting it into the printer.  The printer worked better for one day.  I called HP support and they assisted with this same process that was given here.  However the file that was downloaded worked properly.  Thanks for your help. You might want to get another prn file before giving it out to anyone else. Thanks again.
