Hi,

i have the MFP Color Printer M477fdn and i get the error message 60.02

It says turn off and on again.

But don´t help.

It make when it starts "tack,tack,tack" he want to get the paper i think.

I remove and and test with full tray.

But don´t help.

I turn around and look something broken but looks all good.

This is a tray lifter error. Make sure that you are connected directly to the outlet and not using any sort of surge protector. If you have tried powering the unit off and on and that has not resolved the issue then either the tray is bad or the lift motor has failed. The easiest way to test the tray is to swap for a known good one but that of course is not always possible. Remove the tray and check it closely for any damage.

The gear looks good but the sound is like the are not intermesh gear.
