Error 75 on HP LaserJet printers usually points to a toner cartridge authentication failure, subscription lock issue, or a persistent paper feed/jam memory error.[ref_1, ref_2, ref_3]
Those are 3 different problems. See if you can narrow down the cause.
It this a new cartridge? 3rd party? Refilled?
Let an ink subscription expire?
check the electrican contacts on the toner and see if there is glue / tape or some residue blocking both the toner contact and the connector contacts.
