Hi Raj, I tried Annie's approach of wiring directly to the router with ethernet, but still see no airprint option.
I went to contact HP as you suggested, signed in, entered serial number, but no option for "Still need help" . So, no printer that works and no help. Since you are an HP employee can you give me a phone number to get help. This is getting to be frusterating as I've put many hours into trying to fix this on my own. Thank you in advance for assistance in this matter, Jim

Hi Raj, Short of phone contact/support I should offer one additional piece of information that may be of help. I am communicationg with the printer, for instance it will tell me when I have opened the cover and say I can't print with the cover open, and when I close the cover I get the info that the printer is initializing. Thanks again for help-JIm

Additional note: I am able to print a configuration page from the HP website on my computer confirming that the computer and printer are comunicating, but if I try to print a document I get the stopped: filter failed " message.

Hi Raj, I am still trying to get some contact with HP regarding my printing problem. Even if someone would simply tell me to give up and get a new printer-that I can't print anymore since updating to Mojave. Thank you for assistance in this matter, Jim

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.

@Zheem
The final solution is to update printer's firmware to 20130826 version (from 2010 version) and you can 'use' AirPrint mode instead of 2.0.20120620 driver to solve the filter failed problem! Hope this helps.
Note: there is no firmware updater for macOS 10.14 or 10.15, please use any other OS to update CP1025nw's firmware.
