Error Message When changing the paper type.

I am printing a tabloid double sided document. I want to print on glossy paper so I have to select that in my printer properties. When I go into publisher and change it from plain paper to other glossy inkjet papers it gives me and error message that says:

Selection conflicts were encountered Would you like them auto resolved? If i say no it doesnt accept my changes, if i say yes it rejects the paper selection and changes it back to plain paper. 

I need help. My documents are coming out wrong and if I can't change the paper type I fear that it will continue to print incorrectly.

Hi,

Duplex printing is supported on Plain Paper only, any paper type not supported for duplexing would be marked with an exclamation mark under the Paper Type drop-down, therefore using a Glossy Paper would conflict with automatic duplex printing.
