I have problem with printer hp m855.
does not print email and internet pages.
I use Mac Os High Sierra
the hp m855 print this message:
ERROR: undefinedresult
OFFENDING COMMAND: xshow
I tried to reinstall drivers etc. etc. the problem has not solved

This is a PostScript error message.

Here is the best bet based on the error you provided:
Error: undefined Explanation: The PostScript code is trying to use a
procedure that it can’t find. This error is usually the result of a corrupted EPS file that contains a
PostScript command that is not defined. Delete or replace the corrupt graphic, or try to place the
graphic into the file again. A printer prep file may be missing or not found. Possible corruption or
communication error.
Good luck with that.
Otherwise either update to a newer PS driver or switch to PCL. Visit your printers download and drivers area from the support website to review the various driver options that are available for your OS.
