When try to print I am keep getting error - Unexpected Papaer size. Load B5 in tray 2. Press Ok to continue error. I changed default paper size and type in in printer preferences. Still I am getting the error. Printer test page prints without any issue. Only when I give print job, I am getting this error. I updated driver and firmware. But still same issue. Please help me to resolve this issue.

The following may help.
Use the Embedded Web Server (EWS) to view and change the tray configurations.

Example:
Open your favorite browser > type / enter Printer IP address into URL / Address bar

Paper Types
Ideally, if the printer is "just confused" about the paper settings, changing (and perhaps changing back) the settings to the correct configuration based on the loaded paper can help.
Too, you can try removing the paper from the offending tray, flex the stack (do not "fan"), return the paper the the tray.

This message is generated when an application asks for a particular paper size that is not loaded in the printer. We most commonly run into this error when people try to print a PDF using the print page based on PDF setting and the document was created in a different region where page sizes are different than where you are trying to print the document.
