Product: HP Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

this error code just popped up today, everything I read says to take out the ink cardridge and yet I can only get the color one out because my printer is just completely shut down

Please provide the model number of your printer and confirm if you have a laserjet or inkjet printer. If inkjet you should be posting your question in the inkjet forum not laserjet to ensure that the right people that can help you will see it.
