Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

My printer stopped working today:

 

57.01 error

Turn off then turn on

 

When I restart the printer the same message comes up.

 

Help please

Hi I would like to assist to the best of my ability to solve your problem.I hope the information i supply will be of help.

I believe that this is a fan problem.You must make sure that the fan is working.Should the fan be defective this is a part no to order.Fan RK2-4255-000.

My error. There is a problem with printer or ink system. Turned off computer and checked ink. Same error appears

where can i locate the fan? do i have to call a technician?
