Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

I am not using AFD feature, I am try to scan from the fast bed of printer. I am using Easy Scan . ERROR MESSAGE Doc Feeder Mispick

Hi,

Please make sure your Mac is fully up to date, the latest Catalina updates should resolve such a problem:

https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201541

 

Also, make sure you are able to successfully copy with the printer from its Flatbed Glass.

My Mac is running the most current version of Catalina and yes I have successfully scanned from the flatbed glass in the past.
