Product: LaserJet Pro M402N
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP

I recently installed a printer and when it prints a large document every other page comes up with unreadable pages. I have attached a picture as an example. There were 72 pages and half were not readable. This example happens to be from power point but I have had this happen in scan documents as well. LaserJet Pro issue.JPGAny thoughts?

Do you have a PC running a newer OS? I suspect the problem is windows XP...

 

If you do not have another PC perhaps you have a friend with a Notebook PC who would be willing to test the printer and see if the issue is OS related.
