Product: HP Laserjet 2100
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

When I print out a document, my Laserjet 2100 is printing the information from the document on the left and right sides of the pages like a shadow all the way down the page. I have tried using the cleaning feature of the printer as well as changing out the toner cartridge.  Is there anything else I can do?

Honestly if the cleaning page is not working, it's time to start tinking in a fuser replacement. 

I am an HP Employee
