Hello,

I would like to reset my M203 printer back to factory. We have changed our ip's and I am unable to get this printer on board. I have tried unplugging network and printer overnight, holding paper feed and turning on and paper feed button and cancel and restarted. How can I get this printer reset so I can join it into the domain.

Thanks

Hello, here is the printer reset method:

  • Turn off the machine.
  • Hold down the Resume + Cancel buttons, then press the Power button once to turn on the machine.
  • After about 20 seconds, release the buttons when the Ready light (semicircle light) turns on.The Ready light and Attention light will blink a few times, and the machine will return to the ready state.
  • After resetting, wireless models will directly restore to the setup signal.

Thank you.

Thank you. I had done these steps earlier but didn't hold the buttons long enough. Finally reset

Nevermind. I figured it out. Hold ? button while starting, when screen goes black hit back button then ? button then back 2xs gets you to menu for partial or full reset. If anyone else comes upon this thread
