Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Please send me the step to factory reset the Color LaserJet Pro M479dw.  It seems you need to PM them to me which is fine, but I need these steps to reset my printer to factory defaults.

HP has several levels of resets for a given model.  The factory reset steps are found in the User Guide and available to everyone.

The more advanced resets are the NVRAM and COLD reset steps.  These are located in the service manual and are normally a HP certified technician resource.  You can try to contact HP directly or if you are lucky a HP repair shop might tell you over the phone with a quick phone call.
