Product: Color Laserjet 5550dn printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Following new update to Windows 10, printer is recognised and set as default, but will not print; error stae.

HP Recommended

Suggest you fully deinstall the printer and all HP software from your computer.

 

Now go to the HP web site and download and install the Full Featured Software and Drivers and reinstall.
