Could you please provide the firmware version 3.8.0.2 for below two models ?

HP LaserJet MFP M630

HP PageWide Color MFP 586

I would be surprised if you could find that firmware via these forums. That's going back pretty far from what is current for both devices, so you would probably need to speak with someone on the phone and make a very specific request. This is more of an informal forum where non HP techs, some HP employees, and community members work together to solve problems.

I would be very cautious accepting firmware from anyone in an informal environment like this.

I will check, I may have them. My archives are setup by date and the older firmware do not use the 3.8.2 designation they use the roughly twelve digit number 234523_234234 (FOR EXAMPLE, if you can provide that I likely have what you are looking for, at least for the M630)
