MFP 125nw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

Can anyone help with Factory Reset on a MFP 125nw machine. I have installed firmware and after that printer is not function. I have performed a Factory Reset by turning the machine on and holding the lower right arrow + cross button, I now have a "Permanent Storage init" message on the screen and it has not moved from this point. The message has been on the screen for over 2 hours.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The message you are seeing is what you would normally see when doing an NVRAM reset.  That the printer appears frozen suggests that the process hung up for one reason or another.  I would unplug and attempt the process again,  you have nothing to at this point.
