Laser Jet Pro M102w

After doing a firmware update on Laser Jet Pro M102w today all I get is a blinking green button.  When I looked to add it to my computer it now says it is a HP Laser Jet 3020 but will not print to it.  I have seen in the forums that a possible solution is a factory reset but I don't know how to do that.

I have tried unplugging for awhile and have also tried to update again.  The former did nothing and the later did not work because the printer is no longer seen by the software.

Help.

I am sending you a private message with the steps to perform NVRAM reset on the printer, which are particular for your printer model. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.

I hope this helps resolve this issue completely.
