HP Color LaserJet M452dn

We got a used printer and every single page that prints has the original owner's company name on the top - I've never seen anything like this.   It is not something in the driver because I setup the drivers directly from the HP site with no modifications.  It's also not any of the programs they use to print from - it happens with Word, web pages, anything and from multiple computers.

I have looked the the printer GUI interface and can't find anything (doesn't mean it's not there!), but I'm thinking that maybe there is a firmware tweak or something that was done by the previous owner?

Any help appreciated.

Thank you

Never heard of such kind of thing.

Try to Reset Default or NVRAM to see if it helps.
