Had to remove the internal SSD-disk in my printer since the disk was corrupted and it was not possible to manage the disk from the administrator panel. So now I have the disk removed and attached to my MacBook. I can get a glimpse of the various catalogs on the disk and seeing all those make me a bit puzzled and raise some questions:
1. Is is safe to just fomat the whole disk?
2. What type of partition, mbr, fat32 or fat?
3. Where do I put the downloaded firmware (.bdl-file) after formatting?

Maybe I can clarify my issue. When the printer starts up everything runs fine until the point Disk check. When coming to 75% I get a 98.00.0C error.
So I downloaded the latest firmware clj M551_fs3.9.4_fw_230910_581427.bdl and trid to install it by accessing the administrators menu. Of course I tried to emty the disk first even that thru the admin panel. But I got "Disk Partition Clean error".
Never the less I went on with the new firmware and tried to install it. A new errormessage appeared saying "Unsupported bundle Error 99.02.28.
So as you can imagine I really am in need of som sort of solution to my printing problem.
