Fuser faulty - warranty replacement?

Hi

Im looking into how i can get a faulty fuser replaced under warranty by HP.

Ive tried via their support site for the printer spcifically but as the printer is out of warranty i cannot seem to proceed.

Ideas?

You will need to ask your fuser dealer for warranty replacement if the fuser is still under warranty.

If you have proof of purchase for fuser contact your dealer for details regarding warranty.

Printer was sat at 'processing' intermittantly.

Restart workaround.

Replaceing fuser fully resolved.

What is the basis of which you claim that the faulty fuser needs to be replaced under warranty by HP as you wrote on your post?

Do you have proof of purchase for defective fuser (maintenance kit)? How many pages has defective fuser printed?

They fail.  Ive seen this before.

It was c50% life left on the maintenance kit.
