Hi, Everyone,
I am usingone printer Hp LaserJet 100 color MFP M175 but from last 2 days getting one error" Jam in output bin open the rear door and clear jam" also Getting error 49 but i already opened everything and checked didn't found any Jam also i cleaned the printer but gettting the same error.
i am new in this forum so i hope someone will help me . please help me as possible.

I will try and assist.Error 49 is communication related error.It could be a time out because of the other problem you are having.On the exit side after the fuser unit there are to flaps being activated by the paper as it exits the printer.Maybe thy are stuck and not resetting the sensor.hope this helps.
